AUTOMATIC DOUBLE HEAD SPOOL WINDING LINES Watch the video

20/06/2023A growing market demand for winding up cable onto spools having an outer diameter from 400mm up to 630mm and 800mm, has driven us to reinforce the desigining and manufacturing of fully Automatic Double Head spooling Lines, complete with Palletising units and Pallet Wrappers.
These lines can work off-line with a pay-off, or they can be used in-line with an extruder, thus getting a single /continuous process from cable insulation up to final packaging, ready for delivery on labelled pallets.
PS Lines Models are as follows:
-Automatic Double Head Spooling Lines, MOD. PS 630/15-2B: max cable diameter of 15mm
-Automatic Double Head Spooling Lines, MOD. PS 800/20-2B: max cable diameter of 20mm
Spools materials: plastic, plywood, wood
