This Line includes Quality Instruments, such as, Spark Tester, Lump Detector and Laser Meter-Counter, which can guarantee an accuracy of ± 0,05%.
It is possible to process also delicate cables (Telephone cables, LAN cables, etc.), by integrating a Load Cell and keeping a stable pull, during each phase of winding up process.
-Range of insulated cables: from a diameter of 2mm up to a diameter of 15mm
-Line speed: 350 m/min
-The loading/unloading for Take Up Reels takes place automatically
-Touch Screen Panel, for setting the parameters and showing any alarm
Technical Details of Take Up:
-Min diam: 300mm

-Max Reel weight: 600 kgs
A Stretch Film Unit, is placed over the Take Up.
The operator presses a foot pedal and the Reel starts rotating slowly, so as to be wrapped up by stretch film.
